The Heart Meridian
The Heart Meridian has three branches all beginning near the heart.
One branch goes to the small intestine, one branch goes up past the tongue where it meets the Spleen Meridian and then continues to the eyes, and the third branch goes down each arm and ends at the tips of the little fingers where it meets the Small Intestine Meridian.
Blockage in the Heart Meridian often manifests itself as heart problems or insomnia.
